BUTTERNUT SQUASH & APPLES RECIPE
Ingregients: Cooking Spray, 1/4 cup of flour, or gluten free flour, 1 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, 1 box of cubed butternut squach(Costco),4 apples peeled cored and sliced, 1/2 sweet onion finely choped, 1 cup organic checken stock, 1 1/2 cups of shredded Mexican mixed cheese, 3 slices of bakon cooked and crumbled (optional)
Preheat the oven to 350. Spray a 9x11-inch glass baking pan with cooking spray. Place flour, salt and cinnamon ino a large plastic bag. Add squash, apples and shake until lightly dusted. Layer 1/2 of squah, apples and sweet onion in a glass dish.
Pour 1/2 cup of chicken stock over the top, then sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese. Layer with the remaining squash, apple and inions. Pour remaining chicken stock over the top and cover with foil..
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
Take out and sprinkle with bacon crumbles and remaining cheese. Return, uncovered to oven and bake for another 5 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
